All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (except weekends). The parcels are sent by air mail, and each postal item has a unique code for tracking the parcel’s current location.
- For United Kingdom, The Netherlands the delivery period is up to 9-14 days.
- For Canada, United States it takes 14-19 days.
- For Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, France and other European countries, it takes 15-21 days to get the parcel.
- For Indonesia, Spain, New Zealand, Japan, Italy, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Germany the initial terms are a bit longer, 18-25 days.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
